Team Sparring
Sparring in the ring: Tuesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 6pm.
(By invitation. Must be a member of Boxing BC)

Boxing Classes:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm
Kids (under 12)
Adults (12 years +)
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursdays 5 pm to 6 pm
Team Training
Monday & Wednesdays from 4pm to 6pm

Mondays 7.15am
Women & Girls

Tuesdays, Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Gym / Fitness Centre Drop in
Monday to Friday
7:00 am to 8:00 pm
