Boxing - Open Gym (Regular Sessions)

Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm, Saturday noon to 4pm

Boxing - Open Gym (Sparring Sessions)

Sparring in the ring: TuesdayS from 4:15 to 6 pm; Fridays from 3:30 to 6 pm.


(By invitation. Must be a member of Boxing BC)

Boxing Classes:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm
 

Kids (under 12)
 Adults & Youth (12 years +)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursdays 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Team Training 

Team A (younger members)

Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm

Team B (older members)

Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm 

Women & Girls

Tuesdays, Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
