BOXING HIIT CLASS

Overview: High intensity interval training boxing drills. No initial boxing experience necessary. You will develop technical skills, physical strength and explosiveness as you practice drills that simulate boxing.

Level:  Beginner to Advanced

Typical Activities: Warm-up, skipping, basic punch combinations, footwork drills, hand co-ordination work, medicine ball work outs, abs and core work, heavy bag workout,  partner drills, stretching, plus much more...

Times: Monday 7.15am

Class Duration:  45 mins

Suitable for:  Over 12 year olds. Beginner to Advanced
