Overview: A fun and friendly after school workout aimed at getting kids fit and healthy together through a variety of innovative boxing and fitness workouts. 

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Typical Activities: Warm-up, skipping, shadow boxing, basic punch combinations, heavy bag workout, focus mitts, slipping and rolling, partner drills, abs and core work, ground work, stretching, plus much more.

Times: Tuesday 3:30pm – 4:15pm; Thursday  3:30pm – 4:15pm

Class Duration: 45 mins

Suitable for: Everyone ages 6 – 12

Equipment Needed: New boxers should purchase handwraps ($12) or bring their own to their first class. Also bring lightweight shoes and water.
