OPEN GYM (REGULAR SESSION)
Overview: Open gym is for those who want to develop their skills outside of the class environment. All the gym equipment and resources are available for use, as well as expert instruction.
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Typical Activities: Skipping, shadow-boxing, dumbbell work, bag work, mitt work, speed bag, double-end bag, and tennis ball drills.
Times: Monday to Friday 11am - 3pm
Class Duration: 1 hour (recommended)
