Our Boxing Classes

All our boxing class generally consists of:

 

TRAINING OPTIONS

  • warm up

  • technical skill/strategy lesson

  • exercises in which the boxers utilize the skill learned that day

  • drill where skills are applied

  • strength, speed, and cardio exercises

  • warm down and stretch

  • lesson summary and mental preparedness training
