CARDIO BOXING CLASSES

Class Name: Cardio Boxing


Overview:  A hard hitting core workout incorporating boxing and High Intensity Interval Training.  A great workout to improve core strength, explosiveness, and agility.


Level:  Beginner to Advanced


Typical Activities:  Skipping, bag-work, mitt work, kettlebells, HIT training, core exercises, calisthenics, dumbbell work, balance boards, Swiss balls, and more...

 

Times: Tuesdays, Thursdays, 7am - 7:50am


Class Duration: 1 Hour


Cost: $10.00 per session, seasonal passes available. 50% discount for members. Get your pass here.

Equipment Needed: Gloves and wraps provided (or bring your own), normal gym wear, boxing shoes preferred (or runners with strong ankle support).
